I'm a Knitter, sort of...

So, Katey took me to Knit Night on Thursday & taught me how to knit.  Miracle of miracles!  I can actually do it!  This is what I got done on my first night.

As you can see, I have a long way to go.  I was thinking of making a scarf, but after seeing how long it took me to get this much done, maybe I'll switch to making a potholder.

Also, I tried working on it over the weekend, but have made a mistake & don't know how to fix it.  I'll have to get Katey to help me at work tomorrow.
